Orkhon Khar Balgas was the capital state of the Uigar State (9th Century AD) and stands on the east bank of the Orkhon river. Following the collapse of the Turkic State arose the Uigar State. Orkhon Khan Balgas was founded as the capital city in 751 AD Bavanchur Kagan.
